Payment Our preferred method of payment is Credit Card or Bank Transfer. We also accept payment by Cheque, Money Order and PayPal. Goods will not be sent until payment has cleared. Delivery
All goods are in stock and shipped within 24 hours wherever possible or unless otherwise stated.
The cost of delivery is $15.00 for all orders within Australia unless otherwise stated. Whether you live around the corner or the other end of the country, the price is the same. We generally use Australia Post for deliveries but reserve the right to send parcels by any carrier. Express Post is used (size permitting) for most interstate deliveries where we can see a measurable increase in the speed of delivery without excessive cost.
Non Stock & Custom Fit items have the approximate delivery lead time shown in the product description. This is an indication only. If you are urgent for any item, you should confirm estimated delivery date when placing the order. A non-refundable 50% deposit is necessary when placing an order for Non Stock and Custom Fit Items. Any remaining monies should be paid prior to delivery. The order process begins once we have received all information (measurements) necessary to complete the order.
Return Policy, Refunds & Exchanges We are here to help. Please contact us if you have any problems with your purchase and we will do our best to resolve them without much fuss.
Notify us immediately if you fail to receive your order or if the order arrives damaged. If you receive an item which is faulty, not the correct size or colour and it is our fault. We will pay the cost of postage for you to return the item and the correct item will be sent Free of Charge. We have taken a lot of time and effort to ensure all products have sufficient measurements to allow you to make an educated choice of sizes. If you have chosen the wrong size, you will pay the cost of return postage and an additional $15.00 postage will be charged to re-send the item.
If you change your mind and want a refund, the item should be returned in its original packaging and with a copy of the receipt. Returns will only be accepted if they are unused and clean. The cost of return postage will be at your expense. You will be refunded the cost of the item only. Not postage.
Some end of line products and special offers can only be returned if the goods are faulty. Very often we do not have all sizes so we cannot exchange sizes. Please choose carefully. Special Order, Non Stock and Custom Fit items cannot be returned unless faulty.
